Usually our minimum order quantity is 300 pieces. But we accept trial orders with lower quantities.
2. Can I have samples?
Of course. We usually provide existing samples for free. But a small sample fee will be charged for custom designs. Sample fees are refundable after the order reaches a certain quantity.
3. How long is the sample delivery cycle?
Existing samples are free for 1-3 days. If you need your own design, it will take 5-7 days, depending on whether your design requires a new printing plate, etc.
4. How long is the production lead time?
MOQ takes 30-45 days.
5. If I want my own design, what format of file do I need?
We have our own team of designers. Therefore, you can provide files in formats such as JPG, AI, CDR or PDF.
